Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - 5 weeks in

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The role is similar to my old job as a software tester. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
