Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - 2 weeks in

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
