Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - 15 weeks in

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
