Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - 12 months and counting

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a line cook. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
