Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - 12 months and counting

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
