Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - 12 months and counting

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. The role is similar to my old job as a call-centre agent. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
