Preparing for my first interview in 11 months - what worked for you?

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. It has been a long 12 weeks. The role is similar to my old job as a teaching assistant. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
