Preparing for my first interview in 11 months (update)

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a teaching assistant. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
