Preparing for my first interview in 11 months (update)

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
