Preparing for my first interview in 11 months (update)

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
