Preparing for my first interview in 11 months - first time posting

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as an event coordinator. What calms you down?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
