Preparing for my first interview in 11 months, customer-service rep here

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
