Preparing for my first interview in 11 months - any advice?

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
