Preparing for my first interview in 11 months - any advice?

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
