Preparing for my first interview in 11 months - 9 weeks in

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The role is similar to my old job as an IT help-desk technician. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
