Preparing for my first interview in 11 months - 23 weeks in

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Thank you in advance. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
