Preparing for my first interview in 11 months - 13 weeks in

It has been 11 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
