Preparing for my first interview in 10 months - first time posting

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. The role is similar to my old job as a call-centre agent. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
