Preparing for my first interview in 10 months (Denver)

It has been 10 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
