Preparing for my first interview in 10 months - any advice?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
