Preparing for my first interview in 10 months after 11 years as an accounts payable clerk

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
