Preparing for my first interview in 10 months - 10 months and counting

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. The role is similar to my old job as a call-centre agent.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
