Preparing for my first interview in 10 months - 10 months and counting

It has been 10 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. The role is similar to my old job as an insurance claims processor. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
