I want to move from warehouse supervisor to something with more stability. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. Has anyone made a similar move?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
