Pivoting from teaching assistant to something new - what worked for you?

I want to move from teaching assistant to something with more stability. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a little time and a small budget for training. Has anyone made a similar move?

You likely have more transferable skills than you think. Write down what you did, not what the job title said.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
