Pivoting from recruiter to something new, recruiter here

I want to move from recruiter to something with more stability. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. How did you start?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
