Pivoting from medical assistant to something new

I want to move from medical assistant to something with more stability. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
