Pivoting from insurance claims processor to something new (Wichita)

After 14 years as an insurance claims processor I am thinking about moving into a different field. Any experience at all would help. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. Did you take a pay cut?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
