Pivoting from insurance claims processor to something new after 3 years as an insurance claims processor

I want to move from insurance claims processor to something with more stability. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Try a small project in the new field before committing. It told me a lot about whether I would enjoy it.
