Pivoting from HR coordinator to something new - 4 weeks in

After 13 years as an HR coordinator I am thinking about moving into a different field. It has been a long 4 weeks. My family is supportive but nervous.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
