Pivoting from hotel front-desk agent to something new, hotel front-desk agent here

After 6 years as a hotel front-desk agent I am thinking about moving into a different field. I have a little time and a small budget for training. Did you take a pay cut?

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
