Pivoting from hotel front-desk agent to something new after 14 years as a hotel front-desk agent

After 14 years as a hotel front-desk agent I am thinking about moving into a different field. Any experience at all would help. I have a little time and a small budget for training.

I began with informational chats, then a short online course, then a related entry-level role. It took about 12 months.
