Pivoting from home health aide to something new - any advice?

After 13 years as a home health aide I am thinking about moving into a different field. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. How did you start?

I began with informational chats, then a short online course, then a related entry-level role. It took about 3 months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
