Pivoting from graphic designer to something new - 3 months and counting

My layoff made me rethink whether to stay in my field. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. Has anyone made a similar move?

You likely have more transferable skills than you think. Write down what you did, not what the job title said.
