Pivoting from forklift operator to something new - what worked for you?

After 5 years as a forklift operator I am thinking about moving into a different field. Thank you in advance. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
