Pivoting from event coordinator to something new

I want to move from event coordinator to something with more stability. It has been a long 22 weeks. I have a little time and a small budget for training.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
