Pivoting from dental hygienist to something new after 18 years as a dental hygienist

I want to move from dental hygienist to something with more stability. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a little time and a small budget for training. How did you start?

Try a small project in the new field before committing. It told me a lot about whether I would enjoy it.
