Pivoting from bookkeeper to something new (Portland)

Bhavna Kowalski · 2026-05-03T22:33:32.738Z

After 11 years as a bookkeeper I am thinking about moving into a different field. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. Has anyone made a similar move?

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
