Pivoting from bank teller to something new - any advice?

After 13 years as a bank teller I am thinking about moving into a different field. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. Has anyone made a similar move?

You likely have more transferable skills than you think. Write down what you did, not what the job title said.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
