Pivoting from accountant to something new (Hartford)

Dara Abara · 2026-05-29T02:51:21.260Z

I want to move from accountant to something with more stability. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. Has anyone made a similar move?

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
