Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? - what worked for you?

I received an offer as a warehouse supervisor and I think the pay is a little low. Thank you in advance. The hiring manager was friendly and open. Did it backfire?

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
