Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? (update)

I received an offer as a warehouse supervisor and I think the pay is a little low. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a competing interview next week. Did you negotiate?

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
