Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? (update)

I received an offer as a quality inspector and I think the pay is a little low. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
