Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? (update)

I received an offer as an accounts payable clerk and I think the pay is a little low. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The benefits are decent. Did you negotiate?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.
