Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? - first time posting

I received an offer as an IT help-desk technician and I think the pay is a little low. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The benefits are decent.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
