Offer arrived, can I still ask for more?

I received an offer as a home health aide and I think the pay is a little low. Thank you in advance. The benefits are decent.

Ask about the range, not a number on its own. It felt more collaborative.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
