Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? - any advice?

I received an offer as a production planner and I think the pay is a little low. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. The benefits are decent. Did it backfire?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

If they say no, consider asking for something else, such as a review in six months.
