Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? after 8 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I received an offer as a hotel front-desk agent and I think the pay is a little low. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The benefits are decent.

Most employers expect a short conversation. Mine did not even blink.

I thanked them and said I was excited but hoped we could talk about the pay. They came back with a bit more.
