Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? after 5 years as a pharmacy technician

It is the first offer in 3 months and I do not want to mess it up. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I have a competing interview next week. Did you negotiate?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
