Offer arrived, can I still ask for more? after 4 years as a customer-service rep

I received an offer as a customer-service rep and I think the pay is a little low. The benefits are decent. What wording worked?

I thanked them and said I was excited but hoped we could talk about the pay. They came back with a bit more.
